Between 2004 and 2007 Townshiphelp donated 75,000 Rand to Rondebosch Rotary Club in Cape Town, South Africa to help them in purchasing high powered TB Microscopes for use in the mobile medical vehicles that visit townships dealing with TB and HIV case analysis.
